No, we do not require a minimum order amount.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping time varies based on the selected method.

Where are you located? How long does shipping take?

We are based in Denver, Colorado. Shipping time depends on the destination and method selected at checkout.

Will you provide tracking information?

Yes, tracking details will be emailed to you once your order ships.

If I pay by credit card, will you charge my card once the item has shipped?

We charge your card at the time of order. For security purposes, we do not hold credit card numbers.

If I ordered a part that’s out of stock, when will it ship?

A member of Nitnamic’s team will notify you ASAP with an estimated restock date and shipping timeline.

Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?

No, we currently only ship to one address per order.

Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?

Yes, we ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APOs/FPOs?

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are only able to ship within the USA right now. 

Do you ship hazardous items?

No, Nitnamic.com does not carry hazardous products.

Do you ship oversized parts?

Yes, oversized parts may require special handling and additional shipping fees. This information will be provided during the checkout process.

What happens if you ship the wrong part?

Please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and ship the correct part as soon as possible.

What happens if the part is damaged during shipping?

Nitnamic products are built to last, made from materials like CNC laser cut 6061 aluminum. If your order somehow arrives damaged, make the delivery person inspect the box with you. Product should be inspected prior to signing for delivery.  If the product is damaged, take photos, and contact us right away for a quick resolution. 

How can I be sure you’re shipping me parts that will fit my vehicle?

We recommend looking at the available fitments and installation instructions prior to placing your order. If you have specific questions, please contact customer support at 1 (888) 589-6264 for verification before ordering.

What happens if the part doesn’t fit my vehicle?

While our products are meant to be customizable, they may not work for all vehicles. Please contact us prior to ordering with any questions. If the part you chose does not fit as expected, please refer to our return policy for instructions.

What if my address changes before my order ships? Can I change where you send my shipment?

If your address changes, contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once an order is processed.

What if I never receive an order?

Please refer to your tracking information and make sure there is someone to receive it or a secure place to leave the package. Nitnamic nor any authorized dealers can be held liable for stolen deliveries. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us for assistance in tracking or resolving the issue.

What happens if I refuse the shipment?

Please don’t refuse a shipment. Just accept the item and begin the return process. Refused shipments may be subject to additional charges.
