Can I return a part?

Yes, most Nitnamic parts can be returned. Just contact us first to get a return authorization number. Some parts, like special orders, may not be eligible for return.

Can I exchange a part?

Most of the time, yes! Reach out to us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll help with the exchange.

How do I return or exchange a part?

  1. Contact us to get a return authorization number.
  2. Pack the part securely in its original packaging, include all hardware, and put the RMA on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship it back using a trackable service. We recommend adding shipping insurance—we aren’t responsible for lost or damaged returns.

What if you sent me the wrong part?

Our mistake? We’ll fix it fast! Contact us, and we’ll send the correct part ASAP.

What if I ordered the wrong part?

It happens! As long as the part is unused and in its original packaging with all hardware, we’ll accept the return. Just contact us for an authorization number (RMA).

How long do I have to return or exchange a part?

You have 30 days from the delivery date.

Can I return a part for any reason?

Yes. We will accept unused/uninstalled parts with all hardware and original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Are there certain parts I can’t return?

Yes. We can’t accept returns on:

  • Used or damaged parts (including those damaged during installation).
  • Special order parts (these are final sales).

Do I have to pay a restocking fee?

Yes, a 20% restocking fee applies to most returns.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Refunds are processed in 5-10 business days after the Nitnamic team receives and inspects the return.

How long do returns take to process?

Processing time is typically 5-10 business days after we receive your return.

What if the part is defective or damaged?

If you believe the part is defective, contact us right away to talk about our warranty. The package and product should be inspected prior to signing for delivery. If the product is damaged, take photos and contact us to request a replacement.

 

What if my return never arrives? Do I still get a refund?

No. If we don’t receive your return, we can’t issue a refund. That’s why we recommend using tracking and insurance when you send it back.

What if someone else bought the part for me? Can I return or exchange it?

You can’t return it for a refund, but we can usually arrange an exchange. Contact us or the dealer where the original purchase was made for help.
