Easily Hide Your Wiring
If you want to mount lights on top the the headache rack, it's easy to hide the wiring. Gaps between the ends of the tubing and the molle side panels act as wire guides.
Assembly and Installation:
Finishing Tips: If your budget allows, we recommend working with a local powder coat provider to get a custom finish. However, we’ve had great success with aerosol truck bed liner spray paint. We coated several of our prototypes with truck bed liner spray paint, and all of these finishes have held up well in testing. And if we scratch the spray-on finish, touch-up is quick and easy.
Sourcing Your Own Tubing: If you source your own aluminum tubing locally, you can save hundreds of dollars on the kit. We recommend contacting your local metal yard and having them cut the tubing prior to taking it home. A cut list and detailed drilling instructions are provided.
