Beefy, Heavy-Duty Design
Our design employs hefty 2" x 2" 6061 structural aluminum tubing and 3/16" thick 5052 aluminum sheet.
Fully assembled, this rack doesn't flex or give at all.
No Welding and No Drilling
The kit bolts together, and you don’t have to drill one single hole in your truck bed to mount the rack. All rack hardware is 5/16".
Rustproof and 100% Custom
Aluminum is rustproof and readily accepts a custom finish; Hit it with a rattle can, have it powder coated, or leave it raw.
Easy Accessory Mounting
Heavy duty 3/16" aluminum side plates are set up for easy RotopaX(TM) mounting and have slots for mounting other accessories.

- Slots are sized for 1/4" bolts to mount almost anything.
Get Your Own Tubing and Save
Tubing is the most expensive component in the kit, and you can save hundreds of dollars by sourcing it yourself. Our design uses 2"x2" square 1/8" wall aluminum tube, but you can substitute steel tube if you like.
Assembly and Installation:
Finishing Tips: If your budget allows, we recommend working with a local powder coat provider to get a custom finish. However, we’ve had great success with aerosol truck bed liner spray paint. We coated several of our prototypes with truck bed liner spray paint, and all of these finishes have held up well in testing. And if we scratch the spray-on finish, touch-up is quick and easy.
Sourcing Your Own Tubing: If you source your own aluminum tubing locally, you can save hundreds of dollars on the kit. We recommend contacting your local metal yard and having them cut the tubing prior to taking it home. A cut list and detailed drilling instructions are provided.
